HOW TO USE:

1. Select a photo from your album or take a picture using the camera.
2. Double-tap on the photo to add a new balloon.
3. Tap on the balloon to display the Pop-up menu.
4. Double-tap on the balloon to access the Balloon Editor.
5. Tap and drag inside the balloon with one finger to move it.
6. Resize the balloon by pinching it open/close with two fingers.
7. Change the direction of the tail tip by tapping and dragging it.
