Balloon Stickies Plus enhances your note-taking experience by allowing you to create colorful, customizable sticky notes that float on your desktop, adding a fun and engaging way to organize your tasks.

Balloon Stickies Plus is a photo editing application that allows users to effortlessly add speech balloons to their images.

HOW TO USE:

Select a photo from your album or take a picture using the camera.
Double-tap on the photo to add a new balloon.
Tap on the balloon to display the Pop-up menu.
Double-tap on the balloon to access the Balloon Editor.
Tap and drag inside the balloon with one finger to move it.
Resize the balloon by pinching it open/close with two fingers.
Change the direction of the tail tip by tapping and dragging it.
